If you are purchasing a skirt online, one of the best ways to chose one that looks good on shorter girls is to look for skirts that are knee length on the model. Most importantly, the skirt should finish at the slimmest part of your leg.

I chose to pair this skirt with a simple black and white top to highlight the vibrant red color. If you want to make the skirt the central focus of the outfit pair it with a solid color top, or a top with minimal pattern.
